2017 Habitat home will be built in Potlatch
To Qualify, Applicants must:
Have lived or worked in Whitman or Latah County for at least the last year
• Live in inadequate housing (problems with heating, structure, excessive rent/utility bills for example)
• Fulfill partnership obligations, including 300-500 hours of “sweat equity” helping build their home
• Fall within specific income categories, and meet other requirements, including a background check, credit check, reference checks, etc.
• Attend one of the applicant meetings
Meetings will be held in Moscow and Potlatch locations.

In Potlatch at the Scenic 6 Depot - 125 6th Street
Wednesday, January 25th at 6:30 PM (Potlatch)
Saturday, January 28th at 10:00 AM (Moscow)
Tuesday, January 31st at 6:30 PM (Moscow)
Sunday, February 5th at 2:00 PM (Potlatch)
Applications available at Applicant Meetings and the Habitat Office. Note that to submit an application, Palouse HFH policy REQUIRES attendance at atleast one of the applicant meetings.
Deadline: Postmarked by 5:00 pm on February 27, 2017
Construction will begin Spring-Summer 2017.
Completion schedule will depend on fundraising and volunteer availablilty, but typically takes 10-12 months.
